💼 About This Role

You'll own design for Client and Worker experiences on Web and Mobile, leading a small team while designing yourself. You'll tackle complex fintech challenges that impact millions of workers worldwide. This role blends hands-on execution with team leadership in a fast-moving scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with directors to shape product vision for client and worker experiences
• Work directly on active B2B and B2C projects, tightening UX and solving complexity
• Manage and develop a small team through hands-on collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Design, 3+ years at Lead/Staff IC level
• 2+ years managing designers
• Experience in fast-moving product companies (scale-ups, fintech, neo-banks)
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design across B2B and consumer experiences

• Fintech experience
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences
• Portfolio includes AI-related work or experiments with AI tools
