🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Ambassadors and Supervisors
• Develop and execute daily outreach strategies via phone, text, and video
• Monitor program performance and adjust tactics to achieve client goals
• Manage Encoura's engagement platform for personalized omni-channel outreach

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong supervisory and leadership ability from past work experience
• Organizational skills for managing a multi-faceted engagement center
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Call center, fundraising or enrollment experience
• Experience analyzing statistics and data trends
