You'll lead and mentor a team of SDRs at Talkdesk, a leader in customer experience automation. Your core impact will be defining SDR goals and optimizing pipeline alongside Sales and Marketing. This role offers the chance to build processes and infrastructure in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

- Define SDR goals and implement processes
- Hire, lead and mentor Sales Development Representatives
- Manage prospect handoff to Account Executive team
- Use Salesforce.com to maintain records and report on activity
๐ Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 3-5 years experience in enterprise sales for technology products
- 1-3 years experience in SaaS industry
- 1-2 years experience managing sales/SDR teams

- Fluent in English
