You'll work directly with our CEO to bring structure and efficiency to claims operations as we scale. You'll build scalable, data-driven processes and lead cross-functional problem solving across teams. This role fast-tracks you into leadership of a core business area with real ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives working directly with the CEO
• Build and formalize claims operations processes and hiring
• Design scalable, data-driven workflows to optimize product operations
• Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier startup
• Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
• Exceptionally structured and data-driven with attention to detail
• Ability to switch context quickly between high-impact initiatives
