🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll across Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Philippines, South Africa
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 payroll and compensation specialists
• Oversee EOR and direct employment payroll execution
• Ensure compliance with global and local tax, labor, and statutory regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in global payroll and compensation management
• Experience managing payroll across Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Philippines, South Africa
• Strong leadership skills with remote team management experience
• Deep understanding of international payroll compliance and employment tax
• Proficiency with payroll platforms (Deel, Employment Hero) and HRIS (BambooHR)
