🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering team focusing on continuous delivery and stable product operations
• Recruit, mentor, and support high-performing engineering team members
• Define and manage team roadmap and OKRs aligned with product requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide technical decisions and maximize product value

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software development or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years as a technical manager
• Proficiency in at least one frontend and one backend language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Dart)
• Experience developing and releasing large-scale web or mobile applications (1k+ active users)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years of AI-driven software development experience
• Stakeholder management experience driving adoption of new technologies
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems design and implementation
