Description

You will drive new and organic growth by expanding the use of Ceribell's EEG platform into new departments within existing customer accounts in the Northwest region (Seattle and Portland). Partner with Clinical Account Managers to validate opportunities, build champion support, and lead clinical education, training, and launch activities. This role requires ~70% travel and a strategic approach to influence hospital stakeholders and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years med device/pharma sales plus 3+ years RN clinical
  • Experience with multiple key stakeholders (physicians, administration) or hospital-wide committees
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess needs and adjust strategy; confidence to challenge status quo
  • High integrity, drive, coachability, and grit

Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion of Ceribell into new departments and indications within existing customer base
  • Work with Clinical Account Manager to identify opportunities and build advocacy
  • Deliver formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, and physician training
  • Manage new department launches with strong project management skills
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on product usage and clinical protocols
