💼 About This Role

You'll embed with strategic enterprise customers to implement Cinder's trust and safety platform, acting as both a technical implementer and strategic advisor. Your work will directly shape how the platform deploys, enabling customers to respond to evolving threats with speed. You'll gain rare insight into critical internet safety issues at global scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement Cinder directly within strategic enterprise customer ecosystems.
• Diagnose and solve safety problems with technical and strategic solutions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Cinder's platform and Trust & Safety practices.
• Address technical challenges or collaborate with engineering and product teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, software engineer, or similar in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of safety engineering and/or safety operations via firsthand experience.
• Deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools and ability to guide customer deployment.
