You'll join a team dedicated to transforming healthcare through accessible, quality primary care. You'll manage a diverse patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, leveraging both in-office and tele-health modalities. This role offers continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with virtual teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and tele-health visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible within 1 year
• State licensed in Maryland before start date

• Experience with virtual primary care
• Additional state licensure for tele-health
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care
