💼 About This Role

You'll join Griffin's Finance team to help build and administer a new data warehouse that powers business performance insights. You'll support real banking operations like forecasting, reporting, and dashboard development. This placement offers hands-on work with AI-assisted tooling and senior mentors in a remote-first regulated bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and develop the data warehouse and integrate with existing systems.
• Build solutions to interrogate and surface data for analysis and MI.
• Develop dashboards and reporting outputs for the executive team.
• Support forecasting model development and scenario modelling.

📋 Requirements

• Studying towards a degree in data science or a finance-focused degree with data modules.
• Solid proficiency in spreadsheets and a working understanding of AI to write code (e.g. Python).
• Strong organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
• A love of writing for clear documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous work experience in financial services.
• Experience using AI tools to manage or transform data.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
