💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive sales and assist with daily operations. This role allows you to combine pop culture passion with community impact through meal donations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds.
