You'll lead the development and implementation of water strategies and management plans for steelmaking coal mines in the Elk Valley. You'll guide water treatment and fish habitat projects, ensuring alignment with regulations like the Environmental Management Act. This role offers a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off.

  • Lead development of water quality strategies and management plans
  • Provide technical review for nickel and calcite reports and permit applications
  • Engage with regulatory agencies and Indigenous communities
  • Manage third-party consultants and internal scopes of work

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Engineering or Science degree in environment-related field
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., EGBC or BC CAB) or eligible
  • Minimum 5 years leading project development and implementation

  • Experience in mining, water, wastewater, or environmental projects
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
