🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems for financial products
• Drive technical projects from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Operations teams
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and API development
