🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as gameplay authority, making final calls on mechanics and balance
• Lead playtesting process and synthesize footage into clear direction
• Evaluate inventor submissions and contribute to greenlight decisions
• Mentor designers and implement product standards across the team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of tabletop game design/development experience
• Proven track record developing successful mass retail party games
• Deep understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and balance
