💼 About This Role

You'll lead a one-time, end-to-end HubSpot implementation across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You'll own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to a production-ready state. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to design a scalable, well-governed instance aligned to real GTM workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects
• Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring
• Implement and validate integrations with existing stack
• Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
• Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)

✨ Nice to Have

• HubSpot certifications
• RevOps or GTM operations background
• Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions
