💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an excellent customer experience and help train new team members. You'll drive sales and maintain store operations. This role combines fandom knowledge with retail operations at a pop-culture themed store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds
