๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead partner onboarding and strategic planning to grow Rubrik's channel business in Belgium. You'll drive sales acceleration and pipeline generation through enablement and joint campaigns.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and grow partner pipeline and revenue contribution
- Identify and onboard new partners, build business plans
- Enable partner deployment skills and drive customer satisfaction
- Create and execute joint marketing plans and campaigns
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in channel partner management
- Strong knowledge of data management and data protection market
- Experience in partner deal initiation and closing
- Proven ability to present and host events for partners and customers
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working in a partnerships role at a vendor
- Familiarity with technology alliances (MSFT, AWS, NetApp, Nutanix)
- Metric-driven approach to sales and marketing planning
