You'll lead partner onboarding and strategic planning to grow Rubrik's channel business in Belgium. You'll drive sales acceleration and pipeline generation through enablement and joint campaigns.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow partner pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Identify and onboard new partners, build business plans
  • Enable partner deployment skills and drive customer satisfaction
  • Create and execute joint marketing plans and campaigns

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in channel partner management
  • Strong knowledge of data management and data protection market
  • Experience in partner deal initiation and closing
  • Proven ability to present and host events for partners and customers

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a partnerships role at a vendor
  • Familiarity with technology alliances (MSFT, AWS, NetApp, Nutanix)
  • Metric-driven approach to sales and marketing planning
