💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the scientific authority for CT-155, leading medical strategy and evidence generation. You'll build a high-performing Field Medical team and establish KOL relationships to drive PDT category advocacy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and execute US Medical Affairs strategy aligning clinical goals with provider needs.
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with National and Regional KOLs.
• Serve as primary scientific spokesperson at major congresses and advisory boards.
• Build and lead a high-performing Field Medical team with KPIs for scientific engagement.

📋 Requirements

• PharmD or other advanced degree required.
• 15+ years progressive leadership in pharma/biotech/medtech with Medical Affairs focus.
• Prior experience as an MSL.
• Track record leading medical launch readiness for first-in-class products.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Digital Therapeutics or schizophrenia ecosystem.
• Expertise in RWE and HEOR.
