You'll lead complex pre-sales engagements for MCG's healthcare solutions, translating customer technical requirements into scalable, secure designs. You'll own technical due diligence including security reviews and RFI/RFP responses. This role offers direct impact on healthcare system improvement with the stability of parent company Hearst.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales Executives to shape pre-sales engagements across payer and provider markets
  • Serve as primary technical contact for IT, security, and architecture stakeholders
  • Architect technical solution strategies using FHIR, HL7, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integrations
  • Lead technical due diligence including security reviews, RFP/RFI responses, and penetration testing

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years experience discussing complex technical integrations and AI-enabled solutions with healthcare customers
  • Experience responding to security, privacy, and compliance questions from enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of FHIR and HL7 healthcare interoperability standards

  • Relevant technical certifications (cloud, security, interoperability)
  • Experience with OAuth2, SSO, and role-based access controls
