🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain HVAC and electrical systems
• Respond to customer requests and close work orders
• Perform hard surface maintenance and basic carpentry
• Coordinate with operational groups for safety and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• EPA 608 Universal license
• Fire pump certification
• High Rise fire safety director certification
