💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate a high volume of interviews and manage candidate logistics for a fast-paced AI startup. You'll ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining data accuracy in the ATS. This is a 12-month contract role based in New York.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate phone, onsite, and video interviews
• Leverage ATS (Ashby) to automate tasks
• Manage candidate travel and expense claims
• Greet onsite candidates and deliver positive experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company
• Operational excellence and data-driven mindset
• Experience coordinating with C-suite leadership
• Ability to be in-person in New York office Monday–Thursday
