You'll build the systems and rhythms that turn messy data into clear decisions, partnering with leaders across the company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the company’s financial model and forecasting process
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles
• Partner with leaders to drive data-driven decisions
• Build reporting, analyze performance, and identify risks
• Create scenario analyses for investments and initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in FP&A or similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills and budgeting experience
• Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
