You will own the end-to-end creative workflow, from intake to delivery, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and accountability. You'll eliminate inefficiencies, reduce fire drills, and manage priorities across marketing, partnerships, and sales, freeing creatives to focus on high-impact work.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in project management or creative operations
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume cross-functional workflows
  • Strong experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure in ambiguous environments
  • Experience supporting vendor coordination

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end creative workflow from intake through delivery
  • Manage centralized intake process via Wrike
  • Partner with leadership to establish and refine creative priorities
  • Drive project timelines and identify risks early
