💼 About This Role

You'll partner with customers to design and deploy scalable AI agent architectures using Vapi's platform. You'll own end-to-end technical design for complex enterprise integrations. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery with customers and design solution architectures
• Build rapid prototypes using AI-assisted development tools
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation
• Architect complex integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or similar customer-facing technical role
• Experience owning end-to-end customer engagements
• Proficiency in agent design and AI-assisted development
• Experience designing agentic workflows including tool use and function calling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SIP or WebRTC
• Experience with CPaaS platforms such as Twilio, Vonage, or Genesys
