You'll oversee multiple Van Leeuwen Ice Cream locations in Nashville, leading store operations and driving team performance. You'll ensure financial goals are met while maintaining exceptional guest service and a positive work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and assign stations for employees
• Recruit, select, orient, and train staff
• Monitor sales targets, budgets, and forecast labor
• Maintain inventories and communicate with vendors

📋 Requirements

• ServSafe Manager food handlers license required
• 2+ years experience in a food retail management role preferred
• Prior experience managing a team required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
