Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school; licensed in at least one U.S. state
- 1-2 years post-law school legal experience (transactional preferred)
- Experience with standard commercial agreements
- Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, service, and SaaS agreements
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders
- Support customer-related legal and operational issues
- Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and memoranda
