As a Senior Backend Engineer at Mesh, you will design and build scalable backend services for a global crypto payments network, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of digital finance.

Requirements

• 7+ years backend engineering experience, preferably in fintech/crypto
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Scala, or Go
• Security-first mindset with knowledge of AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, API security, encryption
• Understanding of blockchain, RPCs, self-custody wallets
• Solid RESTful API and microservices architecture knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
• Work with Azure cloud services for deployment and scalability
• Conduct testing, debugging, and resolve software defects
• Contribute to code reviews, architectural decisions, and system design
• Build secure crypto-first products for payments and transfers
