💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy AI-native workflows that transform how Datadog hires, develops, and supports employees. In this high-impact builder role, you'll move beyond traditional HRIS configuration to prototype and productionize AI-enabled systems across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, and workforce planning. You'll operate with high autonomy and partner directly with stakeholders to ship solutions that measurably improve how the People team works.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-enabled workflows and tools from prototype to production
• Integrate AI capabilities with Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Snowflake, and more
• Partner with stakeholders like People Analytics, HRBPs, IT, and Security
• Evaluate AI tools and vendors through hands-on experimentation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software engineering, systems engineering, or advanced automation
• Proven ability to build and integrate LLM-powered features into production using Frontier models
• Strong API integration and workflow automation experience with n8n, Zapier, or Workato
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, low-structure environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows
