๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of large B2B relationships and drive Rho product adoption at scale. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to retain and expand accounts, growing client revenue and ensuring high retention.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage, retain, and expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate with Account Executive Team for client handoff and onboarding
- Build relationships with key accounts to maximize product adoption
- Track and report key account metrics
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing Customer Success experience
- Experience managing large-scale implementations with 50+ users
- Track record of managing a large portfolio of clients efficiently
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, high-growth preferred
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in accounting, finance, cards, or payments
- BA degree or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
