💼 About This Role

You'll join the Authentication Experience team to build the sign-in and unlock experience for 1Password apps. Your work ensures a seamless integration with the authentication stack for both business and consumer users. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development, testing, and debugging of production software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements.
• Mentor junior team members through guidance and best practices.
• Drive technical design and implementation of performance improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software development with TypeScript/React and exposure to Rust and/or Go.
• 2+ years in the authentication and identity domain.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, WebAuthn, passkeys, and MFA.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin, Swift, Rust, Go, or related languages.
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
