🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing culinary team.
- Lead cooking classes following provided recipes and game plans.
- Analyze key performance metrics to optimize store performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health codes.
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as a culinary instructor.
- 3-4 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
- Valid Food Manager Certification.
- 21 years of age or older.
