🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing culinary team.
  • Lead cooking classes following provided recipes and game plans.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to optimize store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health codes.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as a culinary instructor.
  • 3-4 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
  • Valid Food Manager Certification.
  • 21 years of age or older.
