You will lead analytical strategy and frameworks for League of Legends' publishing and esports ecosystem, partnering with senior leaders to shape audience strategy, regional investment, and product decisions through rigorous data analysis and experimentation.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 9+ years in analytics, data science, or consulting
• Advanced SQL and Python; experience with Databricks, Tableau
• Expertise in experimentation, statistical modeling, and causal inference
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication

Responsibilities

• Generate strategic insights for Publishing, Esports, and out-of-game decisions
• Design and implement approaches to acquire and integrate player data
• Define core KPIs and build scalable dashboards, data pipelines, and experimentation frameworks
• Apply causal inference and A/B testing to evaluate product/program efficacy
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and mentor fellow analysts
