Description

You will manage a team of Strategic Account Managers to lead Women's Health major account strategy and sales goals, driving prenatal test volume and revenue growth within health systems. This role requires developing strategies to enhance relationships with key service line influencers, ensuring provider and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years physician sales in diagnostic laboratory (genetics preferred)
  • 5+ years Strategic Accounts or Business Development experience
  • 3+ years successful sales management/consulting in diagnostic lab preferred
  • 75% travel required

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive account strategy for key strategic accounts to drive volume and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with Women's Health Service Line Leaders and clinical influencers
  • Lead a team of strategic account managers to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with field sales, medical sales liaisons, and medical directors on education and drive pull-through
  • Analyze market trends and monitor account performance metrics, preparing business reviews
