You'll build and optimize LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and automate workflows for competitive intelligence. You'll lead design and development of search and retrieval systems to deliver fast, accurate insights at scale. This role offers ownership of end-to-end projects and shaping agentic AI architectures in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship backend systems for agentic workflows
• Own evaluation of agentic systems at scale
• Design and optimize retrieval and ranking systems
• Improve LLM-powered workflows end to end

📋 Requirements

• Production backend systems experience with search, retrieval, data pipelines, or distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with search, retrieval, or ranking systems
• Experience building or evaluating agentic/LLM-powered systems like RAG or multi-step agents
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and backend frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing multi-agent systems
• Background in conversational search or dialogue systems
• Contributions to open-source in search, retrieval, or LLM ecosystem
