You will provide reactive and proactive support to Mintel's global client base, handling data analysis requests, creating client newsletters, and collaborating with Commercial teams. This role focuses on APAC clients and offers dynamic experience in an international environment.

Requirements

• Strong academic or professional background in data, insights, and market research
• Proficient in pivot tables, v-lookups, and data manipulation
• Experience with SaaS platforms like Mixpanel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent in Mandarin, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad-hoc client research requests using Mintel data and insights
• Create recurring client newsletters highlighting relevant data and insights
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers on client engagement and reporting
• Provide client support via live chat and subscription access issues
• Conduct virtual training sessions on Mintel Tools
