💼 About This Role

You'll join XP Inc.'s internal audit team to evaluate business processes across financial, operational, and product areas, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. You'll perform audits, identify risks, and propose improvements. This role offers exposure to a leading financial institution with a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform internal audits across the organization
• Identify risk areas and propose process improvements
• Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Previous experience in internal audit
• Experience in financial market with knowledge of banking products and regulators
• Knowledge of best practices for inherent and residual risk assessment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of COSO methodology
• English for reading regulations
• Programming skills in Python, C++, SQL, VBA, or BI tools
