You'll design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of best-in-class AI solutions for enterprise customers like Block, Chime, and Oura. This role offers full autonomy to experiment with cutting-edge text and voice models at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI agents for complex customer interactions
• Identify cross-customer trends to guide platform evolution
• Experiment with and run evaluations on latest text/voice models
• Integrate models at scale with enterprise-grade customers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering
• Proficiency with Python and Typescript
• Experience with asynchronous programming
• Comfort digging into system failures within deep tech stacks
