💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for service customers at Carvana Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram, guiding them through maintenance and repair processes. You'll ensure an exceptional customer experience and act as the liaison between technicians and customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
• Advise customers on maintenance and repairs with cost and time estimates
• Coordinate service completion with technicians and parts department
• Provide repair status updates and communicate delays to customers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar in an automotive dealership
• Proficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion) and scheduling software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicle systems
• Experience with warranty and manufacturer processes
