Description

As a Spacecraft Cleanliness Technician at SpaceX, you will ensure that all components meet stringent cleanliness standards for Starship and booster systems, using specialized techniques and collaborating with engineering teams to safeguard spacecraft integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a professional setting
• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work at heights up to 200ft and in confined spaces
• ITAR compliance (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and inspection of parts to meet cleanliness requirements
• Document cleaning procedures and results for traceability and compliance
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify cleanliness requirements
• Assist in developing and implementing cleaning protocols
• Perform regular audits of cleanliness processes
