💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth by sourcing and developing relationships with institutional investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals for Hiive's secondary marketplace. As a key sales execution role, you'll generate new business, support large transactions, and directly impact platform liquidity and trading volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect new institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investors through targeted outreach
  • Build expertise in secondary market for pre-IPO securities
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and executing transactions
  • Expand Hiive's footprint by uncovering new investor pools

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors
  • Proven track record in business development or institutional sales
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or willing to obtain
  • Background in capital markets, private equity, or venture capital
