💼 About This Role

You'll lead full operational footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, overseeing warehouse, materials, and field installation crews. You'll own end-to-end execution of getting Base systems into homes, from parts arrival to customer energization. This is a foundational leadership role with deep field presence and high-growth startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee field installation and service crews
• Manage warehouse inventory and material flow
• Recruit, develop, and retain warehouse and field staff
• Serve as primary liaison with central teams in Austin

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience with field service and warehouse leadership
• Proven track record leading multi-functional teams in high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of inventory control and material flow
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
