Description

You will take ownership of Starbase social spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and optimized for the best guest experience. You'll perform inspections, manage inventory, support events, and drive continuous improvement in hospitality and site operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years custodial, facilities maintenance, or operations experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communicator across departments and with guests
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing social spaces
• Perform routine inspections and submit maintenance work requests
• Drive continuous improvement with at least one major enhancement per quarter
• Support events by coordinating space readiness, setup, breakdown, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory and coordinate ordering with the Experience team
