💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the sole ShipBob representative at a partner fulfillment center, monitoring inventory control activities and resolving merchant concerns. You'll drive root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and present weekly performance reports to leadership. This role offers the chance to develop scalable operations in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes using partner resources.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within 24-hour SLA.
• Respond and resolve merchant requests via ticketing system within 2-hour SLA.
• Present weekly performance reports during business review with partner leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.
• Effective communication skills including reading comprehension.

• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors.
