• Strong Wireframing and prototyping abilities
• Experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading conversations
• Ability to tell compelling stories from data
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects
• Strong project management skills with experience at various project stages
• Experience in running and analyzing online panels

Responsibilities

• Support UX teams in India and US with research requests including scoping initiatives
• Coordinate testing needs and synthesize findings to enhance user experiences
• Facilitate in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative research like moderated testing and surveys
• Assist the team in keeping the ongoing research library up-to-date
• Build wireframes and interactive prototypes within agile sprint timelines
• Enable a test and iterate approach for product development
