💼 About This Role

You'll act as the bridge between new talent arrival and their growth, supporting both HR operations and talent acquisition. You'll ensure a flawless administrative and human journey from day one to payroll, while managing recruitment logistics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Orchestrate onboarding of new members including contracts and welcome kits
• Serve as first contact for employee queries on policies and benefits
• Support payroll by collecting and validating data
• Coordinate recruitment logistics and initial candidate screening

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Talent and Culture coordination or similar role
• Solid background in Talent/HR administrative support
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken)
• Rigor and organization in official documents and payroll follow-ups

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HRIS or ATS
• Knowledge of Quebec labor standards
• Experience in nonprofit sector
