💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and drive sales by sharing your fandom knowledge and using retail systems like BOPIS. You'll also open and close the store as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and encourage customer return
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is pulled away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
