Description

You will lead Monzo's Flex product, a fast-growing credit card alternative, into its next phase of growth — setting strategy, driving commercial performance, and championing customer outcomes. You will work closely with Engineering, Credit, Data, Design, and senior leadership to scale borrowing responsibly and expand into new segments.

Requirements

• Strong commercial instinct with focus on trade-offs, economics, and outcomes
• Comfortable operating in complex environments with multiple segments and cohorts
• Experience in lending, credit cards, or adjacent borrowing products
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
• Strong cross-functional leadership across technical, credit, and governance stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for Flex, one of Monzo's most important revenue-driving products
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across customer segments
• Navigate complex trade-offs between growth, risk, and customer outcomes
• Drive commercial performance in partnership with Credit teams
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
