💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician, using state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Access panels and perform paintless dent repair
• Use glue-pulling techniques on steel and aluminum panels
• Repair smaller-sized dents using PDR methods
• Work in a fast-paced production environment

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed

• Experience with aluminum panel repair
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program experience
• Previous work in a high-volume reconditioning center
