Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Contentful, you will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, driving adoption and ensuring measurable impact. You will own the customer lifecycle, including renewals and expansion, while collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams. Your success is measured by customer outcomes, relationship strength, and account retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing role (Customer Success, Renewals, or Key Account Management)
  • Experience with content management systems or digital experience platforms is a plus
  • Technical aptitude to understand APIs and modern content management stack
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance or sales goals
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for 25-30 strategic enterprise accounts, including renewals and expansion
  • Drive product adoption and help customers achieve measurable improvements in speed to market, performance, and efficiency
  • Lead quarterly and executive business reviews, aligning on digital experience strategies and success metrics
  • Proactively identify adoption barriers and orchestrate internal resources to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on multi-year account strategies and data-driven business cases
