- Leading full-cycle recruiting for executive and strategic roles
- Partnering with executives and hiring stakeholders to define talent needs
- Conducting talent mapping and market intelligence research
- Proactively engaging passive executive and specialized talent
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of executive recruiting or strategic sourcing experience
- Experience leading executive search for strategic or hard-to-fill roles
- Experience building passive candidate pipelines and long-term relationships
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting, government modernization, or mission-driven organizations
- Familiarity with workforce planning and long-range talent strategy
- Experience using sourcing automation and talent intelligence tools
