  • 7+ years of executive recruiting or strategic sourcing experience
  • Experience leading executive search for strategic or hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience building passive candidate pipelines and long-term relationships
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse

  • Experience in consulting, government modernization, or mission-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and long-range talent strategy
